Our approach is structured around four pillars: people, products, operations, and partners. For each pillar, we set quantitative or qualitative targets, supported by local or global programs, and we track our progress each year!

We want to improve the environmental, social and economic footprint of our business, while actively contributing to the development of an efficient circular economy in the beauty and personal care industry.
That’s why we target Ecovadis Gold and Carbon Disclosure Project A/A- status.
