Sustainable rapport Albea 2018

Made with Albéa. Made responsibly.

Albéa’s commitment to responsibility and sustainability goes back 15 years and is recognized by CDP & EcoVadis as well as by our customers, suppliers, shareholders, and communities.
Today, as the focus on plastics and sustainability takes the industry by storm, we’re evolving our Sustainability strategy, taking this major shift into account – while continuing to address the other challenges that our company, society and all of us as citizens want to address. That is why we are publishing our first-ever voluntary Sustainable Development Report.

We believe in earning the trust of our stakeholders everyday.
We believe in delivering sustainable growth for our stakeholders.
We believe in creating a better, brighter future for all.

And yes, we believe that cosmetic packaging can be both desirable and sustainable.

That is why we were the first cosmetic packaging company to sign, back in October 2018, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s New Plastics Economy Global Commitment – in effect committing our company to make 100% of our plastic packaging reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025.

It’s an exciting challenge, that we approach with humility, ambition, and a collaborative mindset.
The time is now.
