IBG is growing fast : its sales turnover exceed 250 MUSD and the team counts more than 250 talents worldwide (US, Canada, France, China, Netherlands) Main activities - Assist the sales and purchasing departments especially on commercial/supplier contracts review, negotiations or drafting worldwide - Manage Intellectual Property : ensure policy deployment to ensure that all brands/product are protected - Apply & deploy templates, standard and good practices sharing/deployment within IBG - Provide legal watch on key topic & extend awareness on legal topic within IBG - Support on corporate activities (management of external counsels) Accountability including KPIs - ensure compliance with applicable law - respect deadlines - provide accurate information - support business' teams Profile (Experience & qualifications) - master degree in business law - at least 2/3 years experience as legal advisor / specialist in global environment (retail is a plus) - fluent in French & English - easy to connect, comfortable in matrix environment - organized & result oriented - curious & ability to learn - flexible
