Scope She/he will be lead specific projects in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) field within the Albéa Cosmetics and Fragrance business entity. Part of the Cosmetics & Fragrance CSR team, she/he will assist with the preparation of the internal and external CSR reporting and contribute to reinforce our CSR journey by reinforcing our global roadmap performance. Main activities • collect and assess the sustainable development data from different departments focusing in priority on energy, GHG emissions and environmental data from our operations and supply chain • update and optimize the answers to the scoring agencies (CDP, EcoVadis) • support the sites in assessing their CSR performance through the Ecovadis in line with Albea CSR roadmap, value their actions & performance • follow up European and French CSR-related regulation evolution • research industry information and peer benchmarks (practices, tools and strategies) to continue enhancing Albea CSR strategy Accountability including KPIs • Guarantee the answers to the scoring agencies • Ensure, collect and assess the sustainable development data • Be accountable for C&F CSR reporting Profile (Experience & qualifications) Engineer/finance profile, ideally with a specialization in environment and/or sustainability.
