Our site, Albéa Lodz Plastics is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for the Cosmetic Mass Market for global and local Brands. Scope Based in Lodz Plastics plant and responsible for the master data of plastic tubes and its components as well as the production planning of dedicated lines. Main activities METHOD: To create materials in SAP. To create material master and material specifications in SAP. To creating Bill Of Materials and Routings in SAP. To create Packaging in SAP. To release products for production after consultation with Pre Press and Technology Departments. PLANNING: To plan production based on production capabilities, orders from customers, forecasts and component availability. To make the production plan aligned with component deliveries, close cooperation with the procurement team. To confirm production orders in the SAP system according to the production capabilities, line load, retroplanning and planning optimization rules. To prepare required analysis of line load and linked with the performed job. Accountability including KPIs Ensure availability of the complete production plan on time. Guarantee production continuity. Optimization of the production plan (reduction of changeovers). Compliance of the master data with the customer requirements and technical plant possibilities. Profile (Experience & qualifications) Higher education. Knowledge of ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is welcome. Computer proficiency, with an emphasis on spreadsheets, the ability to create applications supporting work will be an asset. Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data. Willingness to look for new solutions. Work experience in a similar position in a production company is welcome, Knowledge of English enabling telephone and e-mail communication. Ability to build good relationships with members of other teams. Ability to work in a team and under time pressure. Ability to take initiative in solving problems. Very good work organization. Independence, meticulousness and punctuality.
