Our site, Albéa Lodz Plastics is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for the Cosmetic Mass Market for global and local Brands. Scope This position was planned in the budget 2023. Production engineer tasks will be : 1. Scrap reduction program - process mapping, analyzing, improvement action plan implementation, check results. 2 Solving technology issues related to resin and process of injection ( Breyer + TV headers ) impacting REE results from the line 3. Backup for Technologist . Main activities 1. Supervising and defining production processes from the technical side 2. Standardization of processes, preparation of necessary technical instructions 3. Improving efficiency and introducing improvements in production processes 4. Constant cooperation with production, quality and logistics departments Accountability including KPIs Guarantee process optimization for SCRAP and REE improvement. Profile (Experience & qualifications) Experience and education • Diploma in engineering ( prefereble in plastics specialization; extrusion and injuction processes) • 3 years of experience in manufacturing area Knowledge/Technical Skills required • CI tools knowledge • Project Management • Good team work, Positive and open mind; • Able to work under high pressure • Good English ability. Leadership skills • Win as One Team -Breaks silos.
