Scope Responsible for the safe and efficient running of equipment to targeted outputs, meeting quality and operating standards. Meet customer requirements by complying to manufacturing order copy, packaging specifications and label/locator information. Main activities 1. Start and Stop the AISA 240 and TEXA Auto Packer 2. Ensure machines have adequate raw materials on line 3. Resolve all technical matters within the scope of the training provided 4. Understanding the 5 different faults that require clearing and resetting the AISA 240 5. Clearing a door fault 6. Clear jams and start/ stop auto packer as required 7. Proper understanding of referencing or sequencing the AISA 8. Clearly understand all of the safety procedures for safe operation of equipment 9. Proper identification of tube defects 10. Assist in investigation of any Quality complaints 11. Follow appropriate line clearance procedures 12. Accurately set and adjust the machine in accordance with designated parameters 13. Maintain good housekeeping. 14. Assist in line preps as per prep team instruction 15. Must be able to read and understand pack specifications Profile (Experience & qualifications) 1. High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience 2. Good math skills 3. Basic mechanical aptitude 4. Positive work ethic 5. ISO9001, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen
