A very good place and a first for the Group, and above all the recognition of our teams’ commitment. Since 2015, Capital magazine has published an annual list of the best employers in France. Carried out in collaboration with the Statista institute, this survey evaluated 2,100 companies from 32 different sectors. Nearly 20,000 employees working in companies with more than 500 employees were asked which employers they found most recommendable. Albéa recognized by its industry In the “heavy industry and materials” category, Albéa benefits from a positive image and is recommended as an employer by the employees surveyed to their entourage. For its employer brand, Albéa scored a 6.75/10 by its employees and by employees in its sector of activity, ranking the Group 9th in its category of 117 companies in total. Another recognition for Albéa and all its teams: the employees surveyed gave a positive assessment of their working conditions, their career prospects, the gender balance and the quality of management within the company. Each of these criteria obtained a score above the sector average. François Luscan, CEO of Albéa, is extremely proud that Albéa has been recognized in this prestigious list. "We are a medium-sized company with French roots but with international leadership. Like all medium-sized companies, we are less visible than the larger, often better known companies, or even the start-ups considered to be more fascinating. However, I am convinced that Albéa has a vitality, a boldness and a commitment that is not necessarily found elsewhere, and which can attract and convince many talents. Thank you to all our employees, thanks to whom we have achieved this very good result.” “Albéa is a diversified, open-minded, multicultural and welcoming company” adds Axel Moreau, Executive VP Human Resources. “Our values are strong, our culture is based on our team members’ commitment and passion, the importance of relationships with our customers, a sense of pragmatism and our sense of responsibility. This recognition is an additional motivation to continue to consolidate our reputation as a successful and attractive employer.”
