Governance Julian Waldron - Executive Chairman, Albéa Tubes & General Manager, Albéa Group Since May 2023, Julian Waldron is Executive Chairman of Albéa Tubes, in addition to his position as general manager of the Albéa Group since August 2022. Before joining Albea, he was Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Suez and before that as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Technip. Julian started his career in the banking sector with the investment bank UBS Warburg. He is a graduate of Cambridge University. François Tassart - CEO, Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance Francois Tassart is responsible for the cosmetic rigid packaging product line at Albéa. Francois joined Albéa at the end of 2005 as sales and marketing director of the European tube division. He was named vice president of sales, marketing, and innovation in 2008, then executive vice president of sales and beauty solutions in 2013, responsible for leading Albéa’s international sales force. He has held his current role as CEO, Cosmetic Rigid Packaging since 2020. Prior to joining Albéa, Francois began his career at Andersen Consulting before moving to Carnaud Metalbox (Crown Cork & Seal). Having occupied an internal audit position, he became head of information systems and logistics in Asia, before taking over information systems management for Food France. In 1999, he joined Guerlain, as director of planning and pricing, where he created the department responsible for overseeing launches and developments. Three years later, he was appointed general manager of Guerlain Austria. Xavier Leclerc De Hauteclocque - CEO, Innovative Beauty group (IBG) Xavier Leclerc de Hauteclocque joined Albéa in 2012 as group chief financial officer. One year later, he was appointed executive vice president and CFO. In 2020, he took over the management of the Innovative Beauty Group division. He’s also been heading the North America region since 2018. Prior to joining Albéa, Xavier began his career with CarnaudMetalbox (Crown Cork & Seal) in 1994 and held a variety of corporate finance roles, including finance controller of the Kenya production site and later the Crown & Closures European division. In 2000, he joined Guerlain as finance controller for the French market, in addition to serving roles in various travel retail and export as well as European market projects. In 2003, he joined Brake France as head of treasury before being appointed CFO in 2007, taking on responsibility for capital and services, IT, legal, and M&A.
